      • Article 24 does not include any of the two statements. If you read the text it does not mention the first statement in any which way. Article 24 talks about only prohibition of employment of children in any factory or mine or any other “hazardous” employment. It does not however prohibit such employment from any or all commercial activities.

  1. In question 5 right 2 property has already been abolished in 44th constitutional amendment so I think it answer needs a review #

    • bro in ques they said constitutional rights…..44th amendment removed right to property frm fundamental rights & inserted the same as a right….
      so right to property is a constitutional right (no more a fundamental right)..
      so answer is correct
