US Secretary of State Mr. John Kerry arrived in New Delhi on June 23, 2013, for the fourth Indo-US Strategic Dialogue that is I. chaired by the Foreign Ministers of both the countries. In their 46 th bilateral dialogue, India and US sought to I narrow down their divergences on a host of issues ranging from civil nuclear, immigration reform and issues related to Afghanistan besides taking stock of progress made in their 30 Plus dialogue mechanisms.
