Rupesh Shah, Pankaj Advani claim World titles : Indian cueist Rupesh Shah lifted the World billiards (points frame) title in Leeds, England on October 28, 2012. In the final, he beat Matthew Bolton of Australia 6-2. Shah became only the fifth Indian cueist to win the World title twice.
Meanwhile, celebrated Indian cueist Pankaj Advani clinched the time format billiards title at the championship. It is his seventh World title. In the final, Advani defeated Mike Russell of England by 1895-1216 margin.
